A few useful things to know before your Willow & Wings parcel begins its journey to you.

What will be in my pack?

Each Willow & Wings pack is thoughtfully put together by hand and contains a mixture of pieces chosen to work beautifully together.

The exact contents depend on the type of pack you choose. You’ll find full details on each product page, but depending on the collection this might include papers, ephemera, tags, tickets, stickers, book pages, lace, ribbon, fabric, handmade pieces and other little treasures.

Will my pack look exactly like the photographs?

Not quite — and that’s part of the fun!

The photographs show the style, colours and kind of contents you can expect, but because every pack is assembled by hand, individual pieces may vary.

Some materials are vintage, handmade or available only in small quantities, so no two packs will be completely identical.

Your pack will always follow the theme and contents described on the product page.

Are Willow & Wings packs suitable for beginners?

Absolutely.

You don’t need any special experience to start journalling or crafting with Willow & Wings. There’s no right or wrong way to use the pieces in your pack — tear them, layer them, cut them up, stick them down or simply save your favourites until inspiration strikes.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

I aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Willow & Wings is a small business and everything is picked and packed by hand, so during particularly busy periods it may occasionally take a little longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, I’ll let you know.

How much is UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £3.95.

Orders of £35 or more receive free UK delivery, which will be applied automatically at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment.

Willow & Wings currently delivers within the United Kingdom only. International delivery is something I may look at in the future.

What happens if something is wrong with my order?

If something arrives damaged, something is missing, or your order isn’t what you expected, contact me at willowandwingscraft@hotmail.com and I’ll do my best to put things right.

Can I request particular colours or items in my pack?

You’re always welcome to ask, and if I can accommodate a small request I will do my best.

However, because packs are curated from a changing collection of materials, I can’t guarantee specific individual pieces or designs.

If you need something particular, please contact me before ordering and I can let you know what’s possible.

What happens when a pack sells out?

Many of the core Willow & Wings packs are made in small batches and will be restocked.

If your favourite is showing as sold out, it doesn’t necessarily mean it has disappeared forever — I may simply be busy making some more!

Some limited, vintage or one-off items really are gone when they’re gone, and I’ll make that clear on the product page.

Are the vintage and book-page pieces originals?

Where a product contains genuine vintage, reclaimed or original book-page material, this will be reflected in the description.

Because these materials have had a life before reaching Willow & Wings, you may sometimes find small signs of age or wear. I think that’s part of their charm.
