These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from Willow & Wings Craft through our website. Please read them before placing an order.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
About Willow & Wings Craft
Willow & Wings Craft creates and curates handmade journalling, papercraft and creative products, including ephemera, texture bundles, starter kits, handmade journals and other creative supplies.
Willow & Wings Craft is a trading name of Jessica Moule, a sole trader based in Devon, England.

Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.
Your order is accepted, and a contract between us is formed, when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, or we are unable to process your payment.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will refund the amount paid.
Products & handmade variations
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Many Willow & Wings products are handmade, hand-finished or individually curated. This means that colours, patterns, papers, embellishments and individual pieces may vary slightly from the photographs shown.
For curated products such as Ephemera Packs, Texture Bundles and Starter Kits, photographs are representative of the style, quantity and overall character you can expect rather than a guarantee that every individual piece shown will be included.
These variations are part of the handmade and individually curated nature of our products and do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Colours & photographs
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Prices & payment
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you place your order.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to correct the error before accepting your order. If we cannot fulfil an order that has already been paid for, we will issue a refund.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Our current delivery charges, free-delivery threshold, dispatch times and estimated delivery times are set out on our Delivery Information page.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights if goods are not delivered within an agreed or legally required timeframe.
Returns, cancellations & refunds
Your rights to cancel an online order, return goods and receive refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Personalised & custom-made products
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you are not normally covered by the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Any product that is personalised or made specifically to your requirements will be clearly identified before you purchase it.
Digital products
Where we sell downloadable digital content, additional conditions may apply to your cancellation rights.
If you ask us to provide digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, we will obtain any consent and acknowledgement required by law before the download begins.
Your statutory rights still apply where digital content is faulty or not as described.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website — including Willow & Wings Craft branding, original written content, product photography, graphics, designs and original digital products — belongs to Willow & Wings Craft or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our original content without permission.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with that product unless we expressly state otherwise.
Using our products
Our craft products are intended for their described creative purposes.
Some products may contain small parts, embellishments, pins, clips, charms or other components that are not suitable for young children and may present a choking or injury hazard.
Please use products appropriately and supervise children where necessary.
Website availability
We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
We may occasionally update, change or temporarily remove products, prices or website content.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or for business losses arising from purchases made primarily for personal use.
